By installing or using PawCircle you agree to these terms.
What PawCircle is
PawCircle helps you remember and record pet medications, feeding, walks and care handoffs. It is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not replace your veterinarian's instructions. Always follow the label and your vet.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for checking doses before giving them, and for who you invite as a family member, sitter or walker. People you invite can see your household address, phone, pets, medication schedules, instructions and today's care note, and can mark doses as given. Review and end access from the invite sheet when a sit is over.
Reminders and sync
Reminders, including the missed-dose alert, depend on your phone's settings (notifications, exact alarms, battery optimization). Live sync depends on an internet connection and on Google's Firebase service; updates may be delayed. PawCircle shows queued updates and a safety check on recently marked doses, but you should confirm important doses directly with your caregiver.
Plans and subscriptions
PawCircle has three plans:
- PawCircle Basic (free): one pet on one device, medication tracking, reminders and the emergency hub, with label and document scans unlocked by a short sponsor message, and discreet sponsored links.
- PawCircle Care ($2.99 a month or $19.99 a year): the everyday household plan. Unlimited pets, up to 4 devices (you plus 3 family members), one sitter or walker pass at a time, unlimited ad-free scans, mini route maps, weight trend charts, PDF exports, NFC tags, backups and 1-tap vet dossier email.
- PawCircle Premium ($4.99 a month or $34.99 a year): the complete care network. Everything in Care plus up to 8 devices (you plus 7 family members), unlimited sitter and walker passes in parallel, live route maps with potty and photo pins, photo updates from caregivers, potty check prompts and the printable fridge sheet with join QR.
Family members, sitters and walkers join free; seats count against the owner's plan. Care and Premium are monthly or annual subscriptions billed through Google Play at the price shown before purchase. They renew automatically at the same price until cancelled, and you can cancel or change the plan at any time in your Google Play account settings (Subscriptions); cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Prices are in US dollars and may differ by country.
Acceptable use
Do not use PawCircle to store other people's personal data without their permission, to send abusive content to a household, or to interfere with the service.
No warranty, limited liability
PawCircle is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KScribble LLC is not liable for missed or duplicated doses, for data loss, or for any indirect damages arising from use of the app. Keep a backup (Backup & restore in the menu).
